Ford Hall is conveniently located one level above the ice rink in Beaver Creek Village.

The hours of operation are set up so that you can at least pick up your credential and lift access pass on the morning of your first day if you are unable to stop by ahead of time. If that’s the case, then you’ll want to pick up your uniform and SWAG when you check out after your first day. That way you’ll have time to try your uniform on and won’t be burdened by having to carry an extra jacket that day.

Note: If any of these days are your first day, please make sure that you give yourself adequate time to check in and pick up your credential and uniform. Due to volume you may only have time to pick up your credential in order to make the lift load time. If that is the case please come by in the afternoon after your shift to pick up your uniform. You must have your credential and lift access pass to load the lift.

You may pick up your 6-day or 9-day gift starting on Wed. Nov. 29. Thank you!!! Please confirm at the check out desk that you are eligible prior to heading over to VHQ.

All Talon Crew Volunteers will Check In and Check Out daily to confirm how many people are on course each day and make sure everyone is off the mountain safely.

Check In is at Powder 8 Restaurant, which is also the location of our breakfast service. There will be Admin staff available to help you with check-in an answer any questions.

Check Out is at the VHQ at Ford Hall. Same procedure as the check-in, where Admin staff will be onsite to assist.

This is the same system that will be used for tracking the required four day volunteer commitment and eligibility for the 6 and 9-day gifts. IMPORTANT: If you don’t check in AND check out each day, you will not receive credit for the day.
