PARKING + Buses + MAPS
All Stifel Birds of Prey Volunteers will be provided free parking in the Elk Lot. If you need any assistance finding any key locations please reference the map resources below.
Stifel Birds of Prey Volunteers can park for free in the Elk Lot with your event credential. This is the lot located near the east entrance to Beaver Creek. If using the main Avon exit off of I-70, go the 4th roundabout, and then exit using the first right onto Hwy. 6 and the lot entrance will be on your left.
Free parking will be available in the Elk Lot for volunteers only. Please use the middle lane to access the lot/free parking. There will be a “Volunteer Parking” sign and the gate will be up. Attendants will be onsite daily at 7:30am. You will need to show them your credential for entrance. The new parking system is pay-upon-entry. Since you entered for free, you simply pull up to the exit gate and it will open automatically. You will not need your credential to exit.
Please press the call button on the parking column or call Beaver Creek dispatch at (970) 754-5848 with any issues exiting the lot.
All volunteers will use the free Beaver Creek Bus Service from the Elk Lot to Beaver Creek Village. This service operates starting at 5:30am and will run approximately every 9 minutes between the Beaver Creek Village and the Elk Lot. Starting Mon. Dec. 2, the bus drop off and pick up point will change from Centennial Station to the VPAC (Vilar Performing Arts Center). The VPAC is located one level below the ice rink. Take the escalator to the Beaver Creek Village Plaza level and make your way to your team’s meeting location. Please be sure to use the green buses.
Pro Tips:
- You can also use the Employee buses.
- The lower lots are free if you enter after 1:00pm.
- Please try to carpool as much as possible, especially on race days.
- If you arrive late and the Elk Lot is full, you’ll need to park in one of the other lots, or where directed, and pay the $10. Your credential will only work in the Elk Lot.
